Here’s when it might be better to wait, or look elsewhere:

1. If you’re dealing with active acne:

Often acne needs dedicated prescription treatments like retinoids. Consult your GP for dedicated referrals and relevant medicines. If you’re under a dermatologist’s care and just want help supporting your skin during retinoid therapy — I’d love to work with you. But if you’re hoping to treat active acne without prescriptions, my one-on-one sessions won’t give you the full solution you require.

2. If you’re hoping for one magic cream to fix everything:

There’s no secret serum hidden behind a paywall. Glowing, healthy skin comes from consistent daily care — not from a “miracle” no one on Instagram has told you about yet. Real results take time — about one full skin cycle (4–6 weeks) to start seeing visible changes.

3. If booking this consultation would cause financial stress:

Please, don’t stretch yourself too thin. If you’re considering taking a loan for it, or it would be your very last money — press pause. Your skin journey should feel empowering, not stressful. I’ll still be here when the timing is better for you.
